i'm Backkkkk:)!!!! update on my weigh-in:)

heyy guys im back from being away for three days: ) and ughh my weigh in......yesterday morning i weighed in at another exact 130.8.....ahhhhhhh lol i wanna see a 120 number on that scale soooo bad i dont really understand why i didnt lose weight this week....i mean i stuck to my points plus everyday and worked out 5 days didnt cheat once...but who knows maybe this week ill drop a larger number!! i'm just goona keep going and not get discouraged because i can definetley feel myself geting stronger i even had to up my weights at the gym!!!!!!


Ughhhh soo annoyed:(

so i get to the gym for my Pilates class that I’ve never been to before i only had an hour to spare because i have to pack my stuff and get ready to leave for two whole days at 2…so anyway the class was soooo easyyyy i didn’t even break a sweat and now i feel like i wasted my last day to workout before weigh in day (Saturday!) I’m super discouraged but i also now that 70% of weight loss is nutrition and i know I’ve been eating extremely well so hopefully this won’t hamper my goal of getting into the 120’s this week!!! which i have never seen on the scale since probably around grade 5 !!:)

120 has always been my goal weight, im gonna start counting my calories though so i can actually hit it. but its hard doing all this when schools ending because finals, so im gonna be more active and strict on my diet when schools out.

That sounds great..to be honest counting calories has never really worked for me i find when you eating foods that are rich in nutrition and pushing your body you will se great results ..thats why i klove weight watchers soo much there not focusing on calories there focusing on fiber,carbs,fat and protein…Ahha i sound like a spokes person but i just love it its made me very succesful at my weight loss and i still eat a ton of fruits and veggies on top of my 29 points and am still losing every week:)!!!!!!







My Breakfast!!!!:)
1/3 cup all natural oat bran (100 calories) (4 WW PP)
1/2 Tbs simply food brand organic honey (35 calories) (1 WW PP)
1 small nectarine (abt 57 calories) (0 WW PP)!
1/4 cup blueberries (abt 21 calories) (0 WW PP)!
2 cups tetley pomegranate green tea! (0 everything)!
Total- (213 calories) & (5 WW PP)!
keeps me full for roughly 3 hours! Roughly 9 grams of fiber:)!
