i'm Backkkkk:)!!!! update on my weigh-in:)
heyy guys im back from being away for three days: ) and ughh my weigh in......yesterday morning i weighed in at another exact 130.8.....ahhhhhhh lol i wanna see a 120 number on that scale soooo bad i dont really understand why i didnt lose weight this week....i mean i stuck to my points plus everyday and worked out 5 days didnt cheat once...but who knows maybe this week ill drop a larger number!! i'm just goona keep going and not get discouraged because i can definetley feel myself geting stronger i even had to up my weights at the gym!!!!!!

so i get to the gym for my Pilates class that I’ve never been to before i only had an hour to spare because i have to pack my stuff and get ready to leave for two whole days at 2…so anyway the class was soooo easyyyy i didn’t even break a sweat and now i feel like i wasted my last day to workout before weigh in day (Saturday!) I’m super discouraged but i also now that 70%...

Ahhhh my gym story lol!
So i totally blanked on telling you guys my exercise regime for today..even though yesterday i said i was doing 45 minutes of hiit on the treadmill..then a 1 HR body toning class...wellllll...it didn't quite work out that way..So here goes lol i got to the gym at 7 30 ready for my body toning class, turns out i read the schedule wrong and the class is actually 7 30 in the evening......ughhh i was so mad..and even though i could still do my HIIT i had a moment of stubbornness and walked out of the gym without doing a single thing..Then all of you guys clicked into my mind..all of the fitspo and inspiration So i decided that just because my plans didn't work out as well...planned lol.. didn't mean that i should give up completely . so instead i went on a 55 minute walk..the weather was gorgeous this morning and then this evening i was feeling even more inspired by you guyss so i got my booty to the gym and did 30 minutes of HIIt on the treadmill and 30 minutes at 13 resistance on the elliptical while watching the Pretty Little Liars Premiere!!!!!! I burned around approximatley 600 calories!!! So i just wanted to thank each and every fitso and thinspo motivational blogs for keeping me inspired and eager to pursue my fitness goals!!!!!!

Heyy guysss I seriously need your help??:)!!!!
So okayy im going away for two whole days and for un-explainable reasons..lol...a refrigeration,microwave or any of those amenities will not be available to me.......so i really need your help to figure out what to eat for those two days that is portable and doesn't need to be heated up or left in the refrigeration and of course keeps with my clean healthy eating: )!!! pleasseeee pleaseeee pleaseeee respond I leave tommorow and im totally blanking:(!!!!!!!
